Toby is a licensed real estate broker with a BBA degree in Finance from Texas Tech University. After graduating with a specialization in Real Estate, he has taken on many community involvement positions throughout Plano, including serving on the Board of Directors of the Plano Rotary Club, working with the Leadership Plano group and the Leadership Plano Alumni Association, and serving with the Plano Education Foundation.
Toby is the owner of Haggard Property Group and Double H Realty services and is a strong leader for the team. He has overseen the development of two residential subdivisions in Prosper. He brings his knowledge and expertise to every client he works with. When he is not brokering successful deals or helping clients reach their goals, he enjoys seeing the rodeo, traveling, and spending time with his family.
BILL RUDD
Vice President
Bill joined Haggard Property Group in 2007 and brings 30 years of commercial real estate experience to his role as Vice President. Bill specializes in office, medical office, industrial, and retail real estate with a focus on property leasing and sales, development and real estate investments. Bill brings a wealth of commercial real estate and transaction experience while serving clients throughout Texas.
Bill received his Bachelor of Business Administration from Abilene Christian University.

JASON WILDER
Constuction/Maintenance Manager
Jason utilizes his knowledge of construction and property suites as he assists property owners and tenants in the preparation of their buildings and suites. He joined Haggard Property Group – Double H Realty in 2001. He continues to expand his knowledge of new types of construction and pursues continuing his formal education in the industry through Boma with his System Maintenance Administrator award, focusing on Management Education. Staying ahead of new and upcoming types of construction and materials is crucial to provide our tenant with the most up to the minute and future styles of offices and furnishings.
Jason loves serving others, which he does through his local church and ministry opportunities. He is involved with teaching the young folks of his church, and is very involved with his expanded family. He is a family man who enjoys spending time with outdoor activities and hunting.
RADHA DRIVER
Property Manager
Radha Driver brings extensive experience in property management and customer service to Double H Realty – Haggard Property Group. She is a graduate of Texas A&M University–Commerce, where she earned a degree in Business Management.
As Property Manager, Radha oversees the firm’s commercial properties portfolio and manages operations for the residential portfolio. With a background in multifamily housing and the hospitality industry, she provides a well-rounded and strategic perspective to the company’s real estate operations. Radha is a licensed real estate agent with Double H Realty Services, LLC and holds a Property Administrator Certification.
Outside of work, Radha enjoys exploring new restaurants, attending sporting events, and spending time with her two dogs. She also owns a small business that has been featured in several publications.
