Toby Haggard continues the tradition of serving the same community his ancestors served more than 150 years ago.  Toby caters to his community and numerous civic endeavors and organizations while maintaining a positive, forward-thinking role in the enhancement of value through development, construction, management, leasing and brokerage throughout the North Dallas communities.  Toby is involved in numerous Plano service organizations and contributes to the North Texas economy by creating development partnerships in the retail, office and light industrial sectors.  Additionally, his entrepreneurial spirit led him to be a pioneer developer in the now-booming Prosper area, where he was the original developer producing high-end, large acreage residential communities.  Those who know Mr. Haggard often comment on his humility and ability to maintain the utmost integrity, while his entrepreneurship and focused work ethic cast him in a visible role throughout our dynamic North Dallas real estate community.
